Added the planters to the front of the screen room. I plan to plant flowers in it that cascade over the front.
I bought these sweet potatoes before the hurricane, then we lost power, then I just forgot about them and they sprouted. Guess I'll plant them in the garden.

This is my gardening nemesis, root knot nematodes. The infect the roots and make these galls. It's nasty and weakens the plant. These all came from some nasturtiums I pulled out. I'm clearing beds for the next few months to hopefully bring down the number of nematodes before I plant in the fall.
Monday in the forest. Visited my parents' house to water plants while they are on vacation in Europe. The spring sunshine is delightful.
I'm feeling green after watching some of the Republican duh-bate tonight. So Leah poured food coloring in a glass and I took a photo of it.
I bought a new desktop computer on Black Friday and it has a brightly lit V on the front

This is what's left of the debris from our yard from Hurricane Helene and now Hurricane Milton will be here before it gets hauled away. And this is nothing compared to the debris lining the roadways all around us.

There was a bunny sitting in one of my garden beds. I thought I had secured the net better, but today there were two bunny butt prints in there.
We had (Canadian) Thanksgiving a couple days early with Bev and Amanda. I took a drone selfie with some of the gang (Claire and Leah were inside at the time).
I went to the dentist today for the first time in a long time (2+ years, that's bad right?). I do have an excuse, though: The dentist I had used for 16 years retired last year and I hadn't gotten around to figuring out where to go. So I went to a new one today and they did xrays and it was totally different than my old dentist, in that they took a zillion different shots. My old dentist would take one shot on one side, and one on the other, and call it a day. Anyway, I had a pretty good dental visit today, and now I'm feeling full of vim and radiation. And I need to go back for a crown, so I'm also feeling regal.
