Robert works for the horticulture dept and is also responsible for the landscape in the campus. He came from South Africa with wife. In SA, he worked in the logistic industry, which was also his first job here. But then, he made career change to horticulture. He enjoyed the job very much, which I could tell not only from his talks of the plants, but also his action. He even came back to the campus to check the plants cus he just enjoyed it very much. I can see his joy from his face. : )

Note: Ages ago I'd made a note for myself to draw words with squirrels...while trapped in automated answering service hell. In that context...a lot of strange ideas makes sense.

Very simple drawing today....my hands ache from weeding yesterday and gripping a pen/pencil is just not something I can do for long.

London Muslim Centre. Photo by Asad Mirza, Urdu Press Officer, British High Commission, New Delhi, India.

My family went to a friend's house on Sunday. They live on a lake in Cicero, IN. The whole thing was iced over as a result of the temperatures below 0 the week before. The golden sunset and ice on water made a pretty contrast. I liked the docks in the foreground. I had my point and shoot with me. f/3.5 1/160 ISO 80 135mm.

He took it out on my vintage camera at the time. Wolverine was my subject for the 365 day project of my blog. He sadly went missing on a photoshoot and this brought the project to an end at day 64.

Read all about it in my photoblog at: takingpictures101.blogspot.com/2011/12/wolverine-day-64th...

Thanks for watching.

Aiden just got out of bed, but he really wants to go outside. Unfortunately, it's a little cold to go out in just a hat and a scarf!

Marvin always tries to get in front of the camera while I'm taking photos. This time he was successful..

current sculpture project in rudimentary state. this is one element of a large and ambitious installation. this part started out as a 2d element stand, but its now become a sculptural work in its own right.

I need this upcoming week to pass quickly and without much of the stress i know will be coming with it. monday I have a test in International Politics...that wouldn't be bad, but the professor grades hard/weird and the entire test is political theory...im not to fond of any theory. then Tuesday i have to get a FL License because my AL one expired and then Tuesday/Wednesday i have to get my car registered and tagged in FL...which they said will run me between $300-$400...and not to mention that i will be dealing with the DMV and their employees...all i have to say is. if someone ends up missing...this picture is my confession.

"We waited seven hours by the sea

For the taste of ecstasy

In a life we live with shreds and trees

Swallow them whole right down our bellies

Soon enough our eyes grew wide

Soon enough we had the time to feel alive

To feel alive

It felt so

Right now we'll start you're brand new life

They started screaming don't go

Right now we'll start you're brand new life

The pills, the pills that we don't like!

WE ARE THE FABRICATION!
