Hi, my name is Lex Levinrad. I am a real estate investor, speaker, author and coach. My main business is wholesaling houses and I wholesale, buy, fix, flip and rent many houses every single day. I can teach you how to wholesale real estate and flip houses with no cash or credit. I can show you how to wholesale bank owned properties, foreclosures and short sales. And the best part is I can show you how you can be doing this too and how you really don't need any cash or credit to get started investing in real estate. We have a Partnership Program that enables our students to locate houses for our cash buyers. If you want to be a bird dog (property locator) and work with us we have tens of thousands of cash buyers that are hungry for more wholesale real estate deals. And if you find a deal, we will put up the cash and we will find you the buyer!
If you would like to learn more about us then please visit our website at www.lexlevinrad.com If you are new to investing in real estate and want to learn more about wholesaling and flipping houses then I encourage you to attend The Distressed Real Estate Boot Camp which is held twice a year in South Florida. The University of Iowa Health Care STEM Education Program created a Junior Medical School Day with their continued partners Workplace Learning Connection. Junior Medical Day School Day started with Performance-Based Assessments where the high-school students interacted with standardized patients, who acted out a scenario of an illness they may have. The high-school students learned critical thinking skills and social skills in this session. The students continued their critical thinking skills with Case-Based Learning, where they talked through the history of a patient to figure out the patient’s diagnosis. Finally, Medical School Day ended with a med –student panel, where the high-school students were able to ask Carver College of Medicine students questions about medical school. They also received an anatomy overview of the brain, lungs, and heart from the medical students.
This program’s staff helps children cope with their medical experiences and feel comfortable in a hospital setting. University of Iowa Health Care is committed partners with formal and informal educators and community organizations across the state to advance STEM literacy to inspire the next generation of health care professionals and build a foundation for children to understanding their own health. In FY2016, more than 22,000 school age children were engaged in hands on learning provided by 300 faculty, staff and students.
Council continues to support our Financial Assistance Program because it directly benefits local community groups who would not normally qualify for any government assistance.
This year we are distributed $84,689 across 78 projects throughout our community.
Projects range from recreational activities, painting classes, theatre productions and dance and music therapy, to cultural and teaching children environmentally sustainable practices, mental health support groups, support for people with disabilities, and arts programs.
The projects reflect the diversity of community life in our City and support a wide range of issues of concern to Council and our residents.
They are also a sign that as a community, we are working together to ensure that for many people our City of Canterbury is truly a great place to live and work.
