Programa Mais Médicos, Estado do Pará, Ilha do Marajó cidade de Breves, Brasil.
O principal objetivo do programa “Mais Médicos” é reduzir as desigualdades de saúde ampliando o “Programa Saúde da Família” reduzindo as disparidades no acesso a serviços de saúde de qualidade que continuam atingindo grande parte da população brasileira. O Programa é congruente com o plano Nacional de Desenvolvimento do Brasil 2022 o que vai acelerar os avanços nas realizações das metas dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Milênio da Nações Unidas.
Até o momento o Programa Mais Médicos conta com 14,168 médicos, do qual 11,429 são administrados pela OPAS. Os médicos que participam do programa trabalham em 3,785 municípios e 34 comunidades indígenas. O programa Mais Médicos atende a uma população de mais de 48.6 milhões de brasileiros e conta com uma cobertura de 100% de todos os municípios que se aplicaram para o programa.
New Castle County - Urban Award: The Challenge Program

The Challenge Program is being recognized for the construction of its new Delaware headquarters on the banks of the Christina River in downtown Wilmington. The Challenge Program is a construction training program serving “at-risk” youth in northern Delaware. Private contractors work in partnership with program staff and trainees during all phases of construction and provide real-world examples of work experience. This project will showcase the environmental benefits of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building construction technology with its use of recycled building materials, geothermal heating, captured rainwater from its green roof and solar panels with the hands on training of the urban youth by skilled instructors and sub-contractors. The new headquarters will house classrooms, offices, conference and computer rooms and shop space.
Campers participating in the South Carolina National Guard Service Member and Family Care Directorate youth camp participate in a graduation ceremony during the last day of the South Carolina National Guard Service Member and Family Care Directorate youth camp, Aug. 4, 2022, at Camp Bob Cooper in Summerton, South Carolina. Graduation day closes out the youth camp and allows campers to display their drill and ceremony to family and friends as well as receive camp awards. The international students of Sergeants Major Course Class 69 began their Spring 2019 Field Studies Program on April 25. Day 1 of the program took the students on a historical walking tour of various locations across Baltimore, around the inner harbor, through Fells Point and Little Italy, they then boarded a lunch cruise where they received information about the Patapsco River, and ended their first day with a tour at the Orioles Ballpark.
