Gracias a convenio suscrito entre Ministerio de Defensa, Ministerio de Energía y Minas y SENATI.
Mil 500 jóvenes que sirven a la Patria en las diferentes guarniciones militares de Lima y del interior del país, vienen siendo capacitados en una carrera técnica con alta demanda en el subsector de la electricidad y que les proporcionará mayores ventajas para insertarse en el mercado laboral.
Gracias a un convenio suscrito entre el Ministerio de Defensa, el Ministerio de Energía y Minas y el Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo Industrial (SENATI), el personal del Servicio Militar Voluntario participa del curso de Técnico Electricista Instalador de Interiores en Edificaciones.
El encargado de la División de Convenios de la Dirección General de Educación y Doctrina del Ministerio de Defensa, Teniente Coronel EP Elmer Aliaga Condezo, explicó que el objetivo del programa es poder retribuir a estos jóvenes su servicio al país, dándoles una carrera técnica extra para cuando decidan dejar los cuarteles.
“Este curso les va a permitir desenvolverse en el futuro, con un empleo que contribuirá a mejorar sus ingresos. Buscamos que el personal del Servicio Militar Voluntario salga con una carrera técnica, en compensación por el servicio que brinda a la Patria”, afirmó.
El convenio tripartito, suscrito en el año 2013, ha permitido que el Consejo de Administración de Recursos para la Capacitación en Electricidad (CARELEC), del Ministerio de Energía y Minas, financie este curso, que se inició en diciembre de 2016 y culminará a fines de marzo del presente año.
Además, cada uno de los mil 500 jóvenes ha recibido una Tablet, un equipo de protección personal completo y un kit de herramientas.
De los mil 500 jóvenes voluntarios, 220 sirven a la Patria en Lima y Callao, en el Ejército, la Marina de Guerra y la Fuerza Aérea. En total son 71 sedes militares a nivel nacional donde se viene brindando esta capacitación.

Greetings from sasrai-Movement
We are in 100% agreement with UNEP belief influencing consumption and production patterns at the local level would have a significant impact at the global level, because resource efficiency facilitates the transition towards a green economy and global sustainable development.
Since 2004 our appeal is we must get each one caring to each particle of resource. sasrai-Movement aimed at every person would have a mindset `save a bit in every step’. Street beggar to state driver will save resource no matter how small it is. Last 11 years we have tried our level best to disseminate the message to people from all works of life.We are thankful to the voter and UNEP for the slogan ‘Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care’. We consider this is institutionalization of our appeal.
To attain the resilient and resource efficient cities; sustainable transport and mobility; and integrated solid waste management, globe in need of resource efficient individual, institution, organization finally the government. To materialize the utmost need, we are in needing voice from each corner of globe. Since 2011 we approached to the honorable minister for environment and forest & minister for education of Bangladesh to have an initiative to keep a sasrai banner in each educational institution in honor of world environment day. Based on our appeal honorable Divisional Commissioner of Chittagong passed a request to all Deputy Commissioner of his division to do the same.
Bringing behavioral and attitudinal change is the toughest job and we have no chance to spare a single second. Nature demands absolute care that includes concerted, cooperative and collaborative effort. UNEP could have an initiative to get each UN office and official - resource efficient first. And keeping a sasrai banner at each office gate across the globe for one week June 03 to 07 in honor of World Environment Day could be the first step.
Scientists estimate that humans will consume twice as many resources as the planet can support by 2050. At the rate things are going, the Earth in the coming decades could cease to be a “safe operating space” for human beings. The Planet is in Need of Each Creature Equality, Gender Equality and `sasrai’ Living (Stop Consumption Slavery or Stop Advertisement Administered Lifestyle). Albert Einstein opine "Those who have the privilege to know have the duty to act."

This project is part of the Transformation Projects at the Ars Electronica Kepler's Garden at the JUK. The Fulldome Program of the Digital Arts Department at the University of Applied Arts Vienna presents experimental immersive works in collaboration with the University’s Science Visualization Lab, Trans-Media Academie Hellerau, and the transdisciplinary performance company, kondition pluriel. Future Room and Liminal Spaces (re-edited) reveal the artistic potential of the fulldome, as does the 360˚ screening of works by researchers, teachers, and students.

Architecture building - Lobby of the museum
The present building of 18,270 sq.m. was inaugurated in 1994 as part of a program of large works in the province initiated in 1982. It was designed by architects Olivier Félix-Faure, Antoine Félix-Faure and Philippe Macary from the architectural firm from Grenoble Groupe6, assisted by museographer Lorenzo Piqueras.
On the site there were severe design constraints. The imperatives were in respect to the immediate vicinity of the site. To the North-west a part of the Lesdiguieres wall dating from 1591 are recorded as being historical monuments. Nearby, the Tower of the Island dating from 1401, is also a register structure. To the east, the modified part of the wall built around 1888 must be conserved, forcing the integration of part of it inside the building. Finally to the east, access to a football stadium must to be retained during the development of the structure for an area with high urban population density.
The museum is built over a huge parking lot on three levels keeping it safe from flooding from the Isère River. For the exhibition areass, the museum itself is built on three levels, but most of the display halls are located at level 0. At this level, the halls are served by a wide central aisle. On the left are the five sequences of ancient art, on the right are temporary exhibitions. The end of the aisle has been left empty of any work, in an arc, this huge area is dedicated to the 20th century and also gives access to the Tower of the Island.
Levels -1 and -2 are smaller floors, and thus have a limited number of rooms. Their lighting is no longer an overhead light useful for study as in the halls of level 0. At level-1 has installed after the lobby, three rooms of Greek, Etruscan and Egyptian antiquities, and at the other end of the building, four rooms covering art at the end of the 20th century (after 1960). Below, level-2 has six rooms for the 21st century. It is also at this level that leads to the spectacular integration of the end of the 19th century wall into this futuristic building.
A few metres from the building, the museum features via a skywalk of glass and steel, the Tower of the Island, transforming it into a place of exhibition graphics. The architecture also incorporates the district football stadium into the complex.
Inside, the transitions between levels are equipped with wide ramps and three lifts to travel between floors. The rooms are designed to rest the eye: uniform wooden floors, white walls, etc.
Around the cylindrical entry hall, are the reception counter, library, shop, and cafeteria. Upstairs museum offices, as well as those of the Association of Friends of the Museum, the Association of Museum in Music, which organizes concerts in an auditorium of 275 seats in partnership with The Louvre and finally the André Chastel library equipped with a specialized collection of 55,000 art history books available to consult on site (Wikipedia).
These are the physical therapy exercises that I am supposed to be doing in order to recover from hip replacement surgery. Right now number 3 is the hardest for me. I can not get the left leg to return to center without applying outside force after spreading them apart. Number 6 is the next most difficult, but I can manage.
It is not at all like the old 1950s B Western movies where the hero gets shot with an arrow, pulls it out on his own and two scenes later is back to fighting the bad guys.
