My mom (Margie Dea) graduated from Wichita Falls High School in Wichita Falls, Texas in January 1945.

This is the program for her graduation exercises.

My mom gave the talk on "The Faith of the Nation is Eternal".

In the 1960's my brother and I attended the same high school.

That wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be.

I've gotten all the seasons up and running, you can interact with them and move the camera around, you can't zoom in and out yet as I was planning on doing that with a three finger move up or down (the simulator only lets you do two "fingers").

As I haven't tried this on an actual phone yet I have no idea whether it will run fast enough, but the whole point of this is mostly to give iPhone programming a go anyway.

Still lots left to do, I need to implement the main menu, handle rotations of the device properly, that sort of thing.

(Update, due to workloads on commercial projects this iPhone version has been on hold for almost two months, I'm looking forward to taking some time off and picking up development again beginning of October, release should come a couple of weeks after that if everything goes smoothly. )

These are the physical therapy exercises that I am supposed to be doing in order to recover from hip replacement surgery. Right now number 3 is the hardest for me. I can not get the left leg to return to center without applying outside force after spreading them apart. Number 6 is the next most difficult, but I can manage.

It is not at all like the old 1950s B Western movies where the hero gets shot with an arrow, pulls it out on his own and two scenes later is back to fighting the bad guys.

Lego Digital Designer picture of the Lego trains controlled by an Mindstorms EV3. There will be two trains, one in dark red and one in dark blue.

A video of the working proof of concept can be found here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQTB4zfDmUQ

The colored pieces under the train are picked up by the color sensor in the middle of the train and can be used to give commands to the train: start, stop, increase/decrease speed, etc.
