सत फाउंडेशन के सोजन्य से आज दिनाक 01 /03/2015 को M.D.D बाल भवन (अनाथ आश्रम ) फूसगढ़ (करनाल ) में होली पवित्र पर्व पर जागरूकता कार्यंकर्म किया गया जिसमे मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में श्री अमरेन्द्र सिंह ओ. अस. डी. to मुख्यामंत्री हरियाणा व श्री शेर सिंह जी जेल सुपरिटेंडेंट करनाल व सत फाउंडेशन के चेयरमैन सतेन्द्र कुमार ,ईश्वर सिंह,सुमेर चन्द , डायरेक्टर मनोज कुमार व दीपक कुमार व सेक्रटरी भविष्य साहनी, नरेन्द्र कुमार, विरेन्दर,अनिल , हँस कुमार, व M.D.D बाल भवन (अनाथ आश्रम ) के चेयरमैन पी. आर .नाथ व सभी बच्चे और सभी टीम मेम्बर व सभी गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने मिलकर होली के पवित्र पर्व पर जागरूकता कार्यंकर्म में भाग लिया. होली पर्व को मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य मानव कल्याण ही है होली पर्व के पीछे तमाम धार्मिक मान्यताएं, परम्पराएं और ऐतिहासिक घटनाएं छुपी हुई हैं पर अंतत: इस पर्व का मुख्य उद्देश्य मानव–कल्याण ही है। लोकसंगीत, नृत्य, नाट्य, लोककथाओं, क़िस्से–कहानियों और यहाँ तक कि मुहावरों में भी होली के पीछे छिपे संस्कारों, मान्यताओं व दिलचस्प पहलुओं की झलक मिलती है। होली को आपसी प्रेम एवं एकता का प्रतीक माना जाता है। होली हमें सभी मतभेदों को भुलाकर एक–दूसरे को गले लगाने की प्रेरणा प्रदान करती है। इसके साथ ही रंगो का त्यौहार होने के कारण भी होली हमें प्रसन्न रहने की प्रेरणा देती है इसलिए इस पवित्र पर्व के अवसर पर हमें ईर्ष्या, द्वेष, कलह आदि बुराइयों को दूर भगाना चाहिए। वास्तव में हमारे द्वारा होली का त्यौहार मनाना तभी सार्थक होगा जब हम इसके वास्तविक महत्व को समझकर उसके अनुसार आचरण करें। इसलिए वर्तमान परिवेश में जरूरत है कि इस पवित्र त्यौहार पर आडम्बर की बजाय इसके पीछे छुपे हुए संस्कारों और जीवन मूल्यों को अहमियत दी जाए तभी व्यक्ति, परिवार, समाज और राष्ट्र सभी का कल्याण होगा।

Empecé como de los 19 años, comencé por lo más fácil, se puede decir, con lechuga. Ya después vino un proyecto que regalaban estructuras de invernaderos, decidí pedir 2 y los tengo. Y recientemente, después de la cosecha de tomate, sembré lechuga y cebolla. Fíjese que desde pequeña, la verdad, pero cuando estaba más antes de los 19 no tenía cómo trabajar, vaya. Después ya fui dándome una idea, ya me sentía más capaz de trabajar porque quería valor bastante. Las tierras son de un hermano mío, pero el me las presta para cultivarlas. La verdad que yo me siento feliz porque a mí me gusta bastante esto y cuando uno tiene problema, ya uno solo sale, por ejemplo, aquí en el repollal siento que me desahogo bastante”, explica. En esta zona de Chalatenango, ONU MUJERES EL SALVADOR ha promovido el Programa Mujeres, Economía Local y Territorios MELYT que responde, a través de una estrategia multiescalar, a cerrar las brechas históricas para la autonomía económica de las mujeres en términos de acceso a servicios empresariales, a mercados y su inclusión financiera.

O Jovem Senador é um projeto anual que seleciona, por meio de um concurso de redação 27 estudantes para vivenciarem o trabalho dos senadores. A edição deste ano teve como tema “Os 200 anos do Senado e os desafios e o futuro da democracia”.
Estudantes participam de atividade legislativa em comissões.

A 3-day (Jan 18-20) workshop on “Field Epidemiology & Laboratory Training Program” (FELTP) was held in Cappadocia with Twenty-five MoH experts in field epidemiology, early warning and response, and laboratory participated. The Event started with a high-level panel discussion on Integration of laboratory surveillance in “Epidemic Intelligence workforce system”. The panel members discussed on integrating in-country and regional health systems under one unified, rapid service delivery mechanism, with “Field Epidemiology Training Program” (FETP), “Early Warning Response System” (EWRS) and linkage with Laboratory services in adherence to International Health Regulations (IHR). Panelists discussed crosscutting integration of health systems under IHR core requirements, as well as the factors for efficient Health Logistics and Operations. The “Field Epidemiology & Laboratory Training Program” objective is to contribute to a workforce of excellence of highly skilled health professionals to strengthen public health surveillance and improve the quality and integration of laboratory services with epidemiology services in responding to public health threat including outbreaks.
