The model is again the 'imp' from Doom3. This time it is animated using its own animations in md5anim format. The model itself is parsed from an md5mesh file.
The application is a small test application using OpenGL. The file parsing is done using good ol' fopen and fread. The skeletal animation was coded by myself and tediously going through numerous articles. But I have to admit I did not understand the math behind skeletal animation. :( If I were to use skeletal animation again, I would code it all over again.
Skeletal Animation, at least for me, seemed really complicated and hard-to-get-right. You can read more about it at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skeletal_animation
