Programming 3b is learning so much! Today they learned about Tuples and Dictionaries along with Classes and Objects. We used cookie cutters and Play-Doh to understand the Classes and Objects topic.
Lummi Nation began participating in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) self-determination demonstration project in October 2021. I had to relocate this little tree frog from our camper to the garden. I think he'll find his new home much safer than a camper going down the highway.
In summer and fall 2016, a group of Ceramics Program interns worked collaboratively to create a large stoneware planter. Soda-fired in October 2016, the planter made its debut at the Ceramics Program's annual Holiday Show & Sale.

The aspiring young journalists had the opportunity to interview our Museum Education & Interpretive Manager- Maya Makker, GATEways Outreach Students- Vivian Le and Rachel Le and our Outreach and Leadership Program Coordinator- Melissa Cruz.
