Serial number CV-417 was produced in Montreal, Quebec by Canadian Vickers Limited and was delivered to the Royal Canadian Air Force as 11084 on May 24, 1944. She later flew with the Gouvernement du Quebec as CF-PQL. Today, she is a member of the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum's collection at Mount Hope.

It took some time to get a profile shot. It would be great if he stayed around long enough for all of the plumage to open up. The features around the base of the beak seem to extend and make the beak look shorter?

From one of my earliest shoots, six weeks after I started shooting people / models. Post work is current.
Playing around with various treatments in Photoshop and Picnik, I found some quite dramatic results on shots (of people) I'd taken at one of my son's football matches.
I guess this is quite stylised, but I like it.
No questions asked... this one saw my camera and immediately turned and gave me a profile shot. I am most impressed with his eyelashes. He is a bird of prey and hails from the continent of Africa.

Just doing some profile work for my friend Seifer.
Three Juvenile male peacocks jumped on my fence and flew to the ground to peck at fallen bird seed along with the House Sparrows and Eurasian Ring Neck Doves. What a motley crew!
