Serial number CV-417 was produced in Montreal, Quebec by Canadian Vickers Limited and was delivered to the Royal Canadian Air Force as 11084 on May 24, 1944. She later flew with the Gouvernement du Quebec as CF-PQL. Today, she is a member of the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum's collection at Mount Hope.
