im actually procrastinating right now... im just glad i was able to go take some pictures... i am really pleased with how this one turned out.. i think i might do some more dandelion shots tomorrow.
on a BETTER note, i might be getting a new camera this weekend =)
On a more SULLEN note, some stupid kid from my school decided to take my Bose headphones out of my bag... So if anyone by any chance notices anything amuck in the flickr community, I'd be DELIGHTED to know! Thanks!
I'm so bad at procrastinating. Or is that so good?
I've been not writing an application form for art school for over a month. The thing I want to do most at the moment is a part-time photography degree, and to get there I want to do a foundation course, so I can play with all sorts of techniques, get into writing essays again, and get more confident. I've spoken to the art school on the phone, they were very encouraging, said they'd interview me, I just have to write the damn form. Plus i've got to write a presentation for a job interview next week, and I'm stressing and worrying and failing to start. It's making me so nervous and high maintenance, driving me crazy.
So rahid suggested I documented the process. Ah yes. If I post this now, I have to post the end result later and get it in the post tomorrow. I can do that. It's things to take photos of, it's all going to be fine....
I found this app DXP (joe blogs gave me the idea..) and played a little with it (while I actually should be writing). yesterday I ordered a canon selphy photo printer and can't wait for it to come. i went to lab meeting this morning and was really happy to see everybody in the lab. as much as I want to graduate and leave this city, I will miss these guys :(
After threatening to punch my teeth out if I took any more pics of him, this was the I told you so look I got as I pushed the limit and took one last snap before he took the camera off me!
Not really, but it could be true!
No editing, as shot. f2 135mm Iso100 and manual settings at 1/500sec.
see i'm meant to be photographing the elements of photography (line, shape, etc) but i am really terrible at it. i tried to do it today and this was the best picture i got (well, i think so anyway) and its not even part of the assignment. god dammit.
