I was hearing a thunking sound from the right rear whenever I drove over a bump of any size. I think I figured out why.

Problem: Leak on second story above child bdrm coming through vent
Leaking as there is no underlayment , snow and ice build up around, exposed nails around vent causing leak, some missing shingles in front of home, several leak sources from popped up nails
Solution: Able to seal around vent using roof cement, to make water tight.
shingles are too cold to remove and would be too brittle so sealed with roof cement all area where there were missing shingles and exposed wood, renailed popped up nails and sealed
Assessment: The rest of the roof does not have under layment, add underlayment when redo roof, must properly add under layment and reshingle around one or more vents in spring to avoid future leaking.

Bogotá, D.C., 9 de abril de 2024. “Todas las políticas públicas de este gobierno están encaminadas a solucionar los problemas más urgentes que tienen las víctimas y las poblaciones más necesitadas de la acción del Estado”. Así lo declaró el director de Prosperidad Social, Gustavo Bolívar, este martes, durante la conmemoración del Día Nacional de la Memoria y la Solidaridad con las Víctimas, en la Plaza de Bolívar, en Bogotá.
“Ese compromiso es una orden que le he escuchado directamente al presidente Gustavo Petro. La gente en Colombia ha sufrido por siglos y, especialmente, desde hace décadas, que comenzó esta violencia sostenida”, agregó Bolívar.
El director de Prosperidad Social participó en el acto conmemorativo del 9 de abril, que estuvo encabezado por la vicepresidenta de la república y ministra de la Igualdad, Francia Márquez, y la directora de la Unidad para las Víctimas, Patricia Tobón.
“Toda mi solidaridad con los más de 9 millones de víctimas de las distintas violencias del conflicto armado en Colombia. El país no puede repetir esa historia de violencia ni olvidar las historias de las víctimas. Desde Prosperidad Social seguiremos siendo garantes de sus derechos”, expresó Bolívar.
Se refirió especialmente a la población víctima y mayor, que en Prosperidad Social hace parte del programa Colombia Mayor: “En junio triplicaremos lo que reciben los adultos mayores de 80 años: pasaremos de una transferencia de 80.000 pesos a una de 225.000 pesos; pero no podremos hacerlo permanente si la reforma pensional no sale en el Congreso”.
Este año, Colombia Mayor ya ha girado recursos a 327.029 personas mayores y víctimas de desplazamiento, en los primeros ciclos de pago. Para esto ha invertido 56.213 millones de pesos. El año pasado, Prosperidad Social destinó 327.183 millones de pesos, para 326.808 adultos mayores víctima de desplazamiento forzado.
Bolívar dijo que el año pasado, la entidad, “siguiendo los compromisos del Gobierno del Cambio”, destinó más 2,1 billones de pesos, de todo el presupuesto de transferencias monetarias, a la lucha contra el hambre y las privaciones de la población víctima del desplazamiento.
El director recordó que, a partir del sistema de transferencias creado con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (PND) Colombia Potencia Mundial de la Vida, los programas como Renta Ciudadana y Renta Joven comienzan a generar condiciones para el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de las capacidades de estos hogares.
Un programa que la entidad implementa en la reparación integral de esta población es Familias en su Tierra. Está dirigido a hogares rurales víctimas de desplazamiento forzado, que han retornado o han sido reubicados. En 2023, vinculó a 158.074 hogares. Este año, incluyó a 5.799 hogares, en trece municipios de siete departamentos: Bolívar, Córdoba, Santander, Norte de Santander, Sucre, Magdalena y Caldas.
En la más reciente medición (cifras de 2022), el DANE mostró que la incidencia de pobreza, para la población víctima del conflicto en Colombia, fue de 50,1 %: 13,5 puntos porcentuales superior a la tasa de incidencia del total nacional; y la tasa de incidencia de pobreza extrema fue de 21,2 %: 7,4 puntos porcentuales mayor a la del total nacional.
