I decided to do a surreal illustration for the banner which featured all the photographs of each Two Rivers event including the Cool City Car Show and SnowFest. Mom was somewhat worried that a surreal art piece wouldn’t get an approval from the Two Rivers Main Street board…but however the piece was up on a banner.

cat + macbook pro = cute
If you have a cat you know that they like to be where the attention is. This means that they like to jump on top of the book or paper you are reading, or the laptop that you are working on. Izze had done this while I was editing a video (I don't remember what now). I couldn't help take a picture. The Macbook Pro's screen provided nice lighting on Izze's face. Having my 50mm f1.8 and shooting at ISO 1600 helped get a pretty good exposure.
