have been 10+ years on WA and can safely say this is fake
what has changed is that you can no longer prevent anyone from adding you to groups. That Privacy setting has now become one of:
* Everyone
* My Contacts
* My Contacts except…
Earlier, it was:
* Everyone
* My Contacts
* No one
We got sheers for the front door, yay! However, those magnetic rods are total crap!! The big ones aren't too bad, but the little ones are horrible.

Mahler demanded increasing degrees of privacy when he composed, as evidenced by the locked iron gate and barbed wire fence he had installed in the woods around his komponierhauschen ("composing-house") near his villa at Maiernigg on the Worthersee in Austria. As of 2011, many of the fenceposts can still be seen, rotting on the forest floor. The gate is still locked.
