These fabrics were all printed by myself in India. I attended a week long course facilitated by Skills Tourism to utilise local artisans in Mysore and showcase their skills. It was a busman's holiday for me as a printmaker but one of the best things I have ever done in India. If you ever get the opportunity, you must try it.

One of the printmaking classes I was in had an assignment where you used multiple printmaking techniques to make a series of self-portraits. I think I used the theme of "artists that influenced me". This is Magritte.

Circa 2003, I think.

I make stuff. A lot of stuff. And I always have. As we're moving, I am culling out the things that stuck around because I was once fond of them. Broken, crappy or useless, I didn't throw them away.

I'm taking a snap of each before they get scrapped. Bonus is that you can kind of sense where I started with sculpting and things.
