This is a new series that my church will be doing starting midway through October on Wednesday nights. It's a series all on the end times. So I took it upon myself to try and jam pack this poster full of as much end times imagery/symbolism as I thought fit the original concept we pitched to our pastor.
We'll be covering all sorts of things from various books of the bible, not just the book of Revelation.
Let me know what you guys think. This was my first real photo manipulation in a long time so it took a bit to get going. Still feel a little rusty.
I made a Valentine's Day thingy for my latest process piece for Design Cuts!
This one was quite a lot of fun to put together. Roverd is a great script typeface, with plenty of luscious swashes to play with. Add a few ornaments around it, sprinkle with a texture or two, and you'll get a neat card/poster to share with your loved one.

This is book will be handed out to our youth group about a month before the series starts. The purpose of [the prayer experiment] is to teach teenagers how to pray more maturely. Each devotion includes an "experiment" portion that guides readers into deeper thought and prayer.

Identity Collateral.
FA's challenge was to create an identity for the 2008 event that clearly expressed its heritage, spirit, and passion for art in an authentic way. The identity needed to be positioned so that it would enable the event to resonate with multiple demographics. FA examined all brand communication elements, including the name, environment, and promotions. Focusing on the brand essence of the event, lineage, and tradition, FA created a new visual vocabulary for Artsplosure 2008.
Business Card.
DANES Planning is a small consulting firm that was formed in 2002 and provides full service healthcare planning to its clients.
The challenge was to make this relatively small company come across as a major player in the market through the effective combination of color and symbol. The Danes "Bug" was developed through typographic studies of the root words that make up the company moniker those being Daniel and Esther from the old testament.

Continuing the "music lessons icon" project. Here is the Voice Icon.
The client, who is to begin teaching music lessons, wanted the representation for each instrument they'll be teaching to look like an iOS icon.

Identity system.
We set Hosted Solution apart from the competition by developing a complete brand Identity system, positioning strategy, marketing collateral, direct mail and a fresh new dynamic web site that communicates swift, agile, dependable and state of the art. FA also created a set of corporate guidelines that would allow marketing personnel to refer to the correct usage of the new Hosted Solution logo along with typographic guidelines for newsletters and other marketing materials was set in place for them. FA researched, designed, and implemented the company into the market space in four short months, which was before schedule.
