he pensado, al ver mi segunda fotografía para este proyecto, que voy a intentar que el mosaico se vea mínimamente homogéneo. siendo como son composiciones creadas por mí, puedo elegir siempre los mismos tonos (o intentarlo) y crear así un mosaico final coherente y más agradable a la vista. :-) así que mi idea es, en cada tema, crear una composición alegre y colorista, como ésta y la del segundo tema. y dejar el resto de fotografías (si como esta vez logro hacer dos fotos en un tema) para experimentar y probar cositas...

So to show my appreciation for being on flickr for my first 3 months and just now hitting 10,000 profile views I am hosting a print give away. I want to say thanks for all 846 of you that follow my stream although I just now started uploading pretty much everyday to get myself up to 50 photos. Wednesday, March 16th we will be releasing a giclée print of my ‘Zissou’ canvas from the ‘Bad Dads’ exhibition which took place this past fall in San Francisco. The piece was photographed at the Berkeley Museum and the high quality archival giclée prints have all been hand signed and numbered. The prints will be made available here on the Spoke Art website.

You dont really see me posting a lot from this film even though i got trough at least 6 rolls of it already...reason is that it seems to not really work with my developer (tmax dev) ... i just cant get the negatives to be really dense! I started at 1:4 at like 5 minutes and im already at over 10, and yet they still arent that good :( i guess im going back to XTOL again after the bottle is empty, i had the blackest negatives ever from it and it just looked amazing all the time...! i tried printing the kentmere on grade 5 and it still wasnt enough :S

So while I was out looking for furniture for the new apartment I ran across this groovy Beatles Abbey Road print.

I bought this album when it was first released in the late '60's.

That is why I couldn't resist.

Besides, the price had been lowered from $62.00 to $35.00.

I bought this and some really good quality estate furniture at Homing Instinct-Feathers For Your Nest, on Gore Street in Perth, Ontario. They have cool stuff!
