Basta una corona per fare una principessa???

The Red Princess was ready to become the Red Queen... oh yes, she was ready and greedy to rule. Yet, the current Red Queen was so impolite as not wanting to abdicate in her favour. What a shame. She was still young and energic, she said, and she planned to spend another decade on the throne. Or maybe two, if she couldn't finish her plan and have all the necessary heads chopped off... and, of course, there were those roses to be painted red, every year. "I'll die a princess if I don't come up with a plan soon!" - the Red Princess thought. "Mummy, Mummy, I'd rather you reconsider that abdication...or else." Her lips curled up into a nasty smile as she started walking towards the rose garden.

Located on Albert Terrace, 168-170 North Promenade (North Shore), Blackpool, Lancashire. The Princess Electric Theatre originally opened in 1912 with 905 seats. It was enlarged in 1922 to seat 1,770 and a Brindley & Forster 2Manual/20Stops organ was installed. Taken over by Associated British Cinemas(ABC) in 1929.

It suffered some (mainly smoke) damage in a fire that occured on 27th June 1963 (I dated this photograph that I took 'June 1963' so it must have been within a week or two or even days before the fire). The cinema re-opened several weeks later. In the 1970's it was equipped for screening 70mm film and had the seating capacity decreased to 1,173. It closed in December 1981.

It re-opened as a 'punk' music centre, but this was short lived. In 1982 it was converted into a market hall with the floor leveled. In 1991 it was converted into a nightclub named the Bizness Pubarama.

Princess street at Edinburgh is a hub of activity when it comes to busking. It was nice and sunny with many tourists sprawled out on the lawn.

For a 5 y/o's birthday party. HUGE cake (2ft tall).

I am not a big fan of the princess meet & greet format at Disneyland these days. I like to make special costumes for my daughter then have pictures taken with that princess. With their new format, you never know who will be there when you get to the front of the line. We got lucky this day. As we got close to the front I said to the attendant (after waiting over 45 minutes) "You're going to tell me Cinderella's back there, right????" He ducked behind the corner, came back and motioned us in ahead of the crowd. Cinderella was just leaving. So we just eeked in and were about to catch Cinderella and her friend Belle!
