Landed in Vegas Friday night, primped and headed out to a late dinner at Mesa Grill in Caesar's Palace. What a great meal and experience!

This was Cole's meal: New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin, with a bourbon-ancho chile sauce and sweet potato tamale with crushed-pecan butter. I can't tell you how amazing this dish was!

I had the Sixteen Spice Crusted Chicken, with roasted a garlic-mango chutney and buttermilk-chive mashed potatoes. Again, just awesome!

Scarlett trivia: one of the products I sew are coat protecting satin collars. as each one comes off the sewing machine she hopes it's hers and tries to get me to put it on her by poking me and wagging her tail excessively fast. guess it's time to sew something new for her too to go with her new dress
