I repainted this Voyager Prime with the G1 colors, plus I kitbashed a gun and smokestacks to make him look more accurate.
Masterpiece Series Optimus Prime. My favorite Transformer and probably robot of all time. Prime leads the autobots against the evil forces of Megatron and his Decepticons. He transforms into a truck.
I cooked it on the egg at 500-600 F for about 8 minutes, took it off, added the plate setter for indirect cooking and continued to cook it at 325 until 140 F internal.

10 Amazon Prime Benefits You Might Not Be Using

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his Malaysian counterpart Najib Razak spoke of the close ties between the two countries on 27 August 2014 as they jointly officiated at the opening of the Agrobazaar Malaysia outlet in Singapore.
The outlet, located in Sultan Gate off Beach Road, is an agricultural-based business that promotes Malaysian fruit and products to the overseas
market.
In his remarks at the ceremony, Datuk Seri Najib said the Agrobazaar was "a testament to the strong and enduring relationship" between the two countries.
"I can think of few better places than Singapore, which attracts so many international visitors, and which we share a common culinary heritage with. We may occasionally differ on terminology, but Singapore and Malaysians taste with one tongue," he said at the opening ceremony, which was attended by about 400 guests including Cabinet ministers of both countries.
"This explains why a fifth of our agro-food products - worth more than a billion US dollars - are exported to Singapore annually. And with the kind of cooperation we see here at the Agrobazaar, I am sure those numbers will continue to rise."
The 5,100 sq ft outlet serves to promote fresh Malaysian produce and is also a jumping-off point for Malaysian producers to access new international markets, Mr Najib added.
Prime Minister Najib Razak also said the the Agrobazaar is a testament to the strong and enduring relationship between Singapore and Malaysia. He explained that the Agrobazaar is a launch pad for Malaysian producers to access new international markets. "Yes, we have historic cities; yes, we have idyllic beaches and of course, we have the twin towers, but our rambutan and mangosteen, and above all - durian, really pull in the crowds," he said.
Prime Minister Lee, in his remarks, also referred to the close ties with Malaysia, and said Singapore looked forward to deepening interactions. Mr Lee said the Agrobazaar is one example of what cooperation between Singapore and Malaysia can deliver, as both countries move their ties forward. He also said the Agrobazaar is "something more than food" and reflects the close economic ties between the two countries, as well as their shared culture and long friendship.
Such close interactions can, however, result in issues arising from time to time, he said. But he likened the friendship between the two countries to a "flowering fruit tree" that will have to be "continually nurtured and tended to".
"Sometimes, we enjoy the low hanging fruit, or even wait for the durians to fall. But sometimes we have to work harder to climb the tree and pluck the coconuts from the top," he said.
"But I believe if we keep the lines of communication open, not just between the leaders, but also between ministers and senior officials and their counterparts, then we can manage anything which comes along, and this is the way to maintain and enhance mutual understanding, trust and respect, and continue to make progress on existing as well as new areas of cooperation," Mr Lee said.
"This is the way to maintain and enhance mutual understanding, trust and respect, and continue to make progress on existing and new areas of cooperation."
He said that he anticipated further deepening ties in the near future, especially with the development of the Rapid Transit System (RTS) link between Johor Bahru and Singapore, and the High Speed Rail between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
"This will improve the flow of goods and people across borders and draw us closer together. It will create opportunities for our peoples to mingle and to understand each other's cultures and heritages better," he said.
Mr Najib presented Prime Minister Lee with a basket of musang king durians and an oil painting of them enjoying the fruit during Mr Lee's recent visit to Malaysia.
The Agrobazaar Malaysia outlet here will feature and promote fresh fruit and agro-based produce from Malaysia. It is an initiative of its Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry and its Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority (FAMA).
Several Singapore ministers, the Malaysian Minister of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and the Chief Minister of Johor were also present.

Powerup Prime consist of Jetfire and optimus Prime which they combine and merge into powerup prime .Both are transformable to it's alternate mode . Inorder to retain its transformable mode on both leader class ,I have added knee guards and a pair of sharp pointed feet as the original figure didn't provide a movie accurate look . Both figures are being airbrush with very high quality lacquer paint and also coated with a very thin layer of super clear coat to maintain its shiny outlook . Jetfire thruster is being installed with 2 blue LEDs .
In 1939 the Royal Australian Air Force established a base called RAAF Base Mallala to the north of the Mallala township. The base was originally used for advanced training for RAAF pilots. The base was subsequently closed in May 1960.
During this time there was an artillery range / military training in the Pt Prime area during WWII. (Port Prime).
There seems to be very little public information about Port Prime and it's use. (Other than a listing declaring it safe and free of exposive ordinance).

I recall as a kid, climbing in and out of the bunkers and pill boxes. I was able to find old spent ammunition and bullet holes in cement targets.
Of recent, vandals have levelled the first pillbox at the enterence to the area. This is such a shame. It was a landmark. It always caused wonder seeing it standing there.
Anti-tank Platoon's used 17 pounder guns at the Port Prime Range where they destroyed an old Bren-gun Carrier located on the range for RAAF target practise.
There are still pill boxes and bunkers there. You can find .303 ammunition. Bullets and Shells (corroded)
I have found and dated many shells to the 1950's. enfieldking.tripod.com/enfieldking/id12.html
These are Army / RAAF related.
I recall the cement pillar fences and rusting barbed wire leading down the road to the beach. Now, much of this is off limits as it is now a bird sanctuary.
It is for these reasons, I am documenting the site in photos.
I have found one .51 inch (13mm) anti tank round and many .303 inch (7.7 mm) rounds at the site.
this place is a part of history in the Defense of Australia.
(I have contacted the Port Wakefield proof and experimental establishment, P&EE and Defence Science, JPEU/JLG, Keswick barracks and more and found very little about the site).

Scenes from the old Army bombing range at Pt Prime. The seashells, the mud, the car wrecks.
We saw a weird building and also what seemed to be a kite surfers lost kite.
We were not going to investigate these things.
I had learnt my leason.
We saw a wreck, way out in the seaweed. Walking to it was easy. It took us about 30 minutes to walk there. After we had looked it over, we descided instead of walking back at an angle to the beach (Which is how we got there) we walked straight in.
After 5 minutes, I started sinking in smelly grey mud up to my knees. It took all my strength to pull out one leg, only to get my other one stuck. All this whilst the tide was coming in. I was balancing my shoes in one hand, my expensive Canon 5D and 70-200 L Lens in the other. I did not want to drop anything.
The distance was about 1/5 the distance we had walked to get out to the wreck but it took over 2 hours to get back to the shore line.
I was very tired. The walk back, sinking (in the end I sank up to my Hips) was exhausting so we left the object that looked like a kite and I descided I was never coming back here again.
Anyway, I had photos so if I wanted to come back, I just needed to look at the photos.
The wreck, I think it is a Holden VB Commodore and a second car (Isuzu) that came out to rescue it. Both have very much been claimed by the sea.

Brought along a cheap Goodwill lens which performed fairly well though it really needs a lens hood in certain situations.
4-5-09 - Brendan wanted an Optimus Prime Transformer birthday cake. There is no pans/molds to make Optimus Prime or anything like him, so I made a custom design.
Cake is chocolate with buttercream icing. Masks and robot figure are molded chocolate. Masks were made by reverse-painting the back of a plastic blow mold in colored vanilla chocolate.

Public Hearings on Future of Four Bay Area Daughters of Charity Hospitals
NURSES, COMMUNITY TO RALLY AND TESTIFY FOR APPROVAL OF SALE TO SAVE CRITICALLY NEEDED, ESSENTIAL CARE
Registered nurses and community organizations are turning out for a third day of rallies and public hearings to support the proposed sale of six Daughters of Charity hospitals to Prime Healthcare, the California Nurses Association/National Nurses United (CNA/NNU) announced.
The CNA/NNU represents 1,800 nurses at four of the six hospitals and is part of a broad coalition that includes environmental, community and civil rights groups that endorse the sale to avert a potentially catastrophic health care crisis in two of California’s largest metropolitan areas.
Hundreds of registered nurses turned out for public hearings Tuesday and Wednesday at St. Francis Medical Center at St. Vincent's Medical Center in southern California.
