As highlighted in my photograph titled "Ebbing Tide", Veolia sold all 11 of the Plaxton Centro-bodied Volvo B7RLEs purchased new in 2007 for its South Wales business to Ensignbus in 2011 and 2012, and nine were subsequently acquired by First for its Midland Red subsidiary.
Numbered 66691-9 (CN07 HVG, HVH, HVK & HVJ, CN57 EFB, EFE & EFF, CN07 HVL & HVM), all were allocated to Worcester depot and gave between 12 and 13 years' service, with the last few bowing out in Summer 2024.
This shot from December 2018 shows 66692 emerging from The Butts in Worcester City Centre when operating Service 417 (Worcester-Cradley-Ledbury), despite being branded for Service 50 between Worcester and Evesham.
