Pretty in pink - new lime-based harl to stop the damp. Built in 1626 for William Forbes, the house contains some of the best ceilings in Britain.
this is where most of the fans there and i'm sure most pretty in pink fans wish that molly ringwald's character chose duckie instead of the rich dude. and excuse my poor photoshop... hehe.

I am determined to add more edible plants to my garden this year. A gardening buddy in the Bay Area has inspired me with her garden; almost everything she grows is edible or useful. When I saw these strawberries at the nursery, blooming in pink... I knew the perfect place to plant them.

Doris and I enjoyed an evening of learning collage techniques from the queen of collage, Nancy. This was Tuesday evening after a quilting/knitting class, so hope I can remember all the neat tricks. Too many pics, though, and trying not to clutter was the most difficult for me. This is a series from a recent visit with Sienna. She's loves books, and pretending to read.

A quilt for my niece!
The diagonal rows are pieced together...now to sew each of those to each other to have the whole top...oh yeah...and then a border. It will be a twin sized quilt.
Nasara's wedding samples are a red & gold version of my TLC "Pretty in Pink" collection. These samples are chocolate, lemon, and raspberry & white chocolate.

It's My 7th Birthday! 3/28/2018. I had a bath last night and went to my uber English Springer Spaniel Groomer today for some well deserved pampering.
A small brown streaked finch with obvious red forehead. It is reasonably common in Ireland but local in distribution. Often found in association with Siskins and feeding on birch or alder seeds. The various species of redpoll have been recently 'split' and species breeding in Ireland is the Lesser Redpoll. In Winter Common (or Mealy) Redpolls and occasionally Arctic Redpolls are found.
