An odd shaped power line pylon just outside of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. For telegraph tuesday

Just a few minutes ago, one of my neighbors knocked on my door to let me know there was a big beautiful rainbow up in the sky. So cool that they know that I would totally dig this.

Saturday morning I cycled 53km loop outbound along E&N Rail Trail and inbound along Galloping Goose Trail. A wonderful three-hour adventure starting at 7:30a.m. under overcast skies.

This is where I joined the Galloping Goose Trail connector for the inbound leg.

Power lines through the countryside

I saw this beautiful sunset today and had to capture it. So here she is in all her colorful glory. Enjoy.

The old pole crossarm was replaced years ago by the double metal one. These double metal ones look to be made from C-channel.

de que te acuerdas?

I love this image, simple, but explaining the way it has been all day.

A short while ago, like most weekends we do have some time left for a hike.

The weather forecast for the weekend made us decide to go for the Saturday as the best option.

We woke up and we were greeted by some light rain, almost decided to stay at home, but after some tea and coffee we went to the Dalerpeel area, a raised bog area that was used in the past for peat cutting. Nowadays it's a nature reserve.

Followed the hiking trail maintained by the Drentslandschap. A nice trail only the small part that follows a local road is not that nice.

Even for a local road there is a lot of traffic

And used one of our Canon Eos 3 cameras again. The camera was loaded with our last Fujifilm Acros100

This was our last original version not the new II with an expiry date 10-2019.

Developing is as always done with our Caffenol recipe, Caffenol-C-L at 22c and stand developing for 50 minutes this time.

The original Acros does like Caffenol, the results are nice again

Tilted tower of power in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. For Telegraph Tuesdays

Mustikkamaa (the name of this island) in Finnish translates to blueberry land. It is a nice place to experience nature within the city.

This is the third photo in my little series on the huge wedge tornado north of Sulphur, Oklahoma on May 9th of this year.

It looked amazing before this when I could see the supercell structure as well as the tornado itself, but the backside was absolutely incredible. The churning mass of clouds was spellbinding and I could have stared at it for days.

Pretty thick cross arms

I have never been here before, it is fascinating to see the oil refineries and big ships. Amazing place.

Round 119 ANSH: power lines

These old LP&L poles (now Entergy) have been out of use for years. They run into the swamps of Southeastern LA. With no maintenance these were easily damaged during Hurricane Gustav last year.
