I placed a Lee colourfilter (filter code 118, if I'm not mistaken) behind the Apple logo.

As I understand it, this dude was cleaning his gun while his PowerBook was open in front of him…

Saw this in the back room of a Genius bar.

A random photo of my powerbook keyboard.

My PowerBook, failing to boot in verbose mode (command-V on startup). Its video RAM broke.

Gotta love the Powerbook :)

this is my powerbook g4/1.33 sitting on a desk closed and looking really cool :p

Old pix from September of 2004.

Katrien is a moose maniac (an obsessive enthusiast). From now, when I won't be looking at my screen, I'll see her, as usual, but also this puppet, constantly staring at me. I'm starting to freak out.

Ready? Down. Hut-hut-hut-hut-hut- ...

This is one of the more dramatic photos that I shot for my eBay listing to sell this amazing Mac. Over 8 years old, it runs the latest version of Leopard, and works perfectly, although it’s not terribly speedy.

No time for fiction this weekend.

My trusted 17" PB (bought in New York in May 2003, and still running fine -- as is my wife's 15" Titanium, bought in the spring of 2001).

This one's for Katie. ;)

My grandma graciously let me use her 12-inch PowerBook for a while to check Facebook, Twitter, charge my iPod and send some e-mail.

This one has a great active LCD matrix screen while it lasts. Unfortunately, it already started developing a "tunnel vision" - the corners of the screen get dark if I leave it working for more than 30 minutes.

At last! The old (perfectly working, but small) 80GB drive, manufactured in december 2003 has been replace for a brand new 120GB one.

Faster and quieter, this new drive will hopefully last for the rest of the machines useful life.

And since it is a top-of-the-line (in early 2004 when I got it at least) PowerBook 1,33GHz 17" with 1GB of RAM, that will be at least another three to four years, I hope.

Now for a clean install of Tiger instead of the old Panther and this machine will be purring like a cat!
