This stuff is delicious.I ate half of it with a spoon.
Take as many dried Mesquite pods as you like.
Wash them.
Break the ends off of the beans.
Break the remaining pods up small enough to fit into a blender.
Chop in the blender for a long time.
Sift the blended pieces to get the powder.
I kept the rest because there were a lot of pods in the larger chunks.
The next time I chop Mesquite beans I'll throw the semi-chopped pods in as well.
