It's been a bit of a belated birthday weekend this weekend really! My Dad came by on Friday afternoon with a belated gift- it was an amazing Ryobi jigsaw that matches my power drills! Yes! I think he was just getting a bit tired of me borrowing his Metabo all the time, but that didn't stop me appreciating it!
Anyway, I spent Sunday playing with it- I am working on some shelves (which the day's creative activity is a diagram of) as our cookbook collection is getting out of hand. I have a couple of days of painting and varnishing ahead of me now!
Post-its lighting test
Doing a photoshoot and wanted to test my lighting plan. I plan to use a colored background (accomplished here by sticking a Post-It note onto my strobe) and my homemade ringlight (made out of a pie tin) for the key light.
Very happy with the effect.
