Hey y'all!!! It's been waay too long since I've posted something here, and it's also been way too long that this build has been half-finished on my desk, haha! I've been wanting to try my hand at post-apoc for a long time though and the oil rig category in DA4 seemed like a great opportunity to do it, and even if this did take forever to finish (DA burnt me out a bit, haha), it was fun and I'm really happy with how it turned out! Definitely pulled some inspiration from The Last of Us and some of the great post-apoc builds out there, and especially from W. Navarre's epic post-apoc dio that y'all should really tell him to finish up and post, hahaha!
Hope you all enjoy it! I'm really glad to finally have my building space (mostly, haha) cleared off again finally and excited for some BoBS builds and the Summer Joust! And on the subject of DA4 - yes, I will be posting some of my favorite builds from that here sometime for those who haven't found my account for that, and maybe I'll even get around to an official reveal sometime, :P Hahaha - yes I know, it's a bit late, XD

While the night versions have a great atmosphere it is hard to see all the details so I've decided to take a daylight picture of the Wasteland Camp.

I finished the new Ogre mech this week, seen on the left, so spent some time today photographing my entire Scavrat army to date. Next up: bigger baseplate! And more photos of the Ogre of course.
A subject, Midjourney is really good at, is to make anything that looks dystopian, rotten, or postapocalyptic. That is probably because a main resource used by Midjourney are computer games. Since many games play in a postapocalyptic setting, it obviously has an impact on Midjourney. Here, I made a dystopian train scene inspired by the atmosphere of the game 'Homefront: The Revolution'.
BACKDROP: Tralala's Diner, Pine Lake (162, 161, 28) - Moderate
Nothing has been photoshopped. This was basically taken in the windlight at Tralala's. Ultra settings were used. I did adjust the windlight to be able to adjust the sun/moonlight. It is such a pleasure to be able to effectively use the tools on this nice fresh and clean skin. I do not have a conflict between shading on the skin and the shading coming from SL. So refreshing! If you are a fellow Lelutka lover, don't miss this Glam Affair Sofie skin new at Uber. Thank you Aida Ewing for this lovely product. Your new skintones are amazing, as were your old ones.
And thank you to our dear Tralala for providing the stunning sim where we can see so many interesting and post-apocalyptic things. I am never bored visiting your sim.
