is a part of the artist's research project META_SIGNAL SONAR SYSTEM
(VISUALISATION OF UNIVERSAL SOUND) *
6th SENSE is an audio-visual interactive collage combined with Augmented Reality mobile application and handmade analogue drawing-collages. The art project 6th SENSE gives a unique artistic experience where every user has the opportunity to experience not only mixed visuals in real time, but also interact or manipulate with sounds in real time. The whole project passes through many layers of creation and research. The project 6th SENSE consists of 10 artworks divided into three (3) series: gold silver and black-gold analogue drawing-collages. Every series has different animated visual patterns and different possibilities of audio transformation. An animated coded visual gives an impression of entity or energy from the real-world object – the analogue artwork.
With this project I test out modern communication space and in doing so provoke you to dive deeper into our own sense of togetherness and find a blissful serenity of universal unity. The Art project 6th SENSE, conceptually and technically is a first art project of that kind in Croatia.

Revolutionary youth orchestra Tinderbox collaborate with the incredible Sistema Scotland Big Noise Douglas Project – a charity that aims to transform the lives of children through music and strengthen disadvantaged communities. Taking inspiration from video games music, Tinderbox and Big Noise Douglas will improvise a new collaborative score. They will also be treating us to musical performances from their individual repertoires.

The exhibition, “Flesh and Finitude”, has borrowed its title from Cary Wolfe’s book, What is Posthumanism (2010). It explores the boundaries of human life and body. What is the end of the human and where does something else begin?

Co-commissioned with LifeSpace Science Art Research Gallery, this exhibition considers the protocols for propagation of genetically modified plants as memorials. The speculative design project fuses biotechnology with botany, and employs University collections and research to re-tell stories of scientific discovery and genetic inheritance.
Down the Rabbit Hole and Lifespans: Forever and Ever 9:00pm – 10:00pm
Wellgate Shopping Centre, Level 2 & 3, DD1 2DB. Entrance on Victoria Street
AL and AL invite us to jump down the rabbit hole and explore the mind-bending reality of spacetime in a site-specific installation next to Dundee’s most loved clock.
NEoN’s group exhibition curated by Weave by Abertay brings together works of gaming and design, alongside other hybrid creations that reflect on the endlessness and expansive nature of our digital lives.
