Happy Fence Friday!
Remember back in the day when we used to send cards and letters to people through the mail? There is something about this evening twilight shot that looks like a note card, or post card, or puzzle even!

Kiyosu Castle was built between 1394 and 1427 , to guard the strategic junction of the Ise Kaido with the Nakasendo highways connecting Kyoto with Kamakura . At the famous Ginza 4 Chome crossing. One of my favourite things about Tokyo is its taxis, orange, greeen, yellow, red... almost a full rainbow!
Like most, I find some challenges to be a bit more perplexing than others. Some challenges are even met with a “pass”. When I read the topic for today, I had to laugh. When you live in a tourist town, an area in which everyone flocks to in the summer, there were many choices for me to photograph. But I had to pick my favorite, the beach!
I am hoping tomorrow’s topic is “dog”!

I loved hiking around this area. I thought this kiva had a great look. Almost Postcard worthy. This is located in Pecos Historic Park.
If I were looking for a special spot on the pier to fish from, I think casting my line just opposite a picture post card view of the Statue of Liberty would be my choice

The Post Card From Australia by Daniel Arrhakis (2019)
A New Series "Strange Stories - The Post Cards"
With the music : Found · Marika Takeuchi
Dear Daniel Arrhakis
It is with my sincere wishes that this postcard will quickly come to you, as I find myself in a situation where I need your urgent help.
Not long ago I inherited an old house in Rockingham Beach, Perth, Australia, that belonged to my great aunt ... I soon moved to it to even assess it's condition and take ownership of the property of which is an old abandoned garden.
However in recent times strange events have occurred since I moved ... I always have the feeling that I am being watched ... although I do not witness anyone.
However last weekend while walking in the garden a female figure has materialized next to an old Banyan tree ... it may seem strange but when it she appears a strong wind seems to go through the garden taking the leaves along the path that leads to the house ... opening the first floor windows ... but only these ...
I know that my friend is very busy but I leave my invitation for a next visit you can make to Australia soon asking you to come visit me and perhaps help in this strange mystery.
Best regards, from your friend,
Pieter Van Rheede

The Cascade Mountains stretch magnificently under a clear blue sky, offering a stunning view. The landscape, blanketed with dense pine forests and vibrant wildflowers, bursting with color in the heart of the 2025 fall season. Mount Rainiers Paradise.
