This picture was taken before the previous one. Back to then, I had the old fashioned keyboard, CRT monitor and had not started drinking coffee.
I choose to do the reel print as the positive and negative print because I liked the connecting circles. It didn't turn out as good as I thought but I still like it. I did this by layering the two prints on top of each other but I didn't really like this assignment.

What has always drawn me to nature photography, among many other things, is that the whole point is to discover and record the beautiful and the delightful. If something doesn't measure up, you can just walk by it, and you get to focus all your effort and attention on what does. Sort of like it says in that great old Johnny Mercer song.
You've got to accentuate the positive
Eliminate the negative
Latch on to the affirmative
Don't mess with Mister In-Between.
You've got to spread joy up to the maximum
Bring gloom down to the minimum
Have faith or pandemonium
Liable to walk upon the scene.
