The Hon’ble Chairperson of Presidium, Mrs. Sudha Gupta graced the inauguration of the event. The function was held at the K. D. Jadhav Indoor Stadium in Indira Gandhi Sports Complex. The event commenced with Mrs. Gupta lighting the lamp along with the Hon’ble Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Sri. Thawar Chand Gehlot and Hon'ble Minister of Youth Affair and Sports, Sri.
