We are making corn bread for dinner and when I say corn bread I really mean sweet corn cake. I use a box of jiffy corn bread mix and half a box of yellow cake mix and follow the directions on the cake mix box. My daughter was helping prepare the cake and I told her if she would let me take a picture she could lick the beater. Yes, I know... so many parenting flaws here. But here she is dreaming of licking the beater, so really we both won. :)
My daughter April being used as a test subject with the Beauty dish just a few minutes before the sun set behind the mountains, and just before Thanksgiving dinner as well. I especially like this light modifier when used outdoors and hope to soon master this lighting technique to use on future portrait shoots. April cut her hair this week and I wasn't really liking the thought of her cutting her long hair this short, but after seeing it cut I really like it..... she is such a beautiful women anyway and could probably pull of any kind of hair style. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
