Port Perry grain elevator on Lake Scugog at the foot of Queen street in Port Perry, Scugog township, Durham Region, Ontario. This old grain elevator and feed mill was built in 1875 by George Currie. The last owner to operate it as a mill was Maple Leaf Mills who took it over in 1962. They closed it in 1979. The mill now houses an auto supply store and a few small retailers.

1950 Vincent series C Tourer.. The Vincent motorcycle company produced motorcycles from 1948 to 1955.. The 1948 Vincent Black Lightning was the fastest production bike made, although most motorcycle enthusiasts remember Vincent for the 1200cc Black Shadow..
An attempt to revive the Vincent in the late 60's and 70's produced the Eccli Vincent, I photographed one at the Isle of Man 1971 Manx TT:- www.flickr.com/photos/gamduffer/4293470847/
