A very tidy looking brand new recolour of the Matchbox 2022 Porsche Macan S which debuts in this years Case E selection and one which amazingly has just begun to appear here in the UK. As you'd expect and appreciate it looks totally factory fresh from every angle with particular attention to front and rear detailing.

When Matchbox announced they would be doing their own version of the Hot Wheels Treasure Hunt releases I can't say I got too excited. Finding HW STH is an extreme rarity and as I predicted none of the earlier Matchbox "Super Chases" ever came here to the UK, I wouldn't be surprised if not Europe either.
Only since 2023 Case H have Super Chases been found in the UK and all at The Entertainer as EVERY other UK MBX retailer are stuck on much older cases.
I thought having a full 72 count case of Batch J opened in front of me was as lucky as it gets but when looking inside I found my first, and quite possibly only, Super Chase. For this assortment they've used their new Porsche Macan S casting which unusually debuts as a Super Chase only though will no doubt see more future use as a regular release. Being a Super Chase not only do you get the additional smug factor of finding it but it also possesses detailing on all four sides plus superior wheels which have separate rubber tyres very much akin to Real Riders.

The Matchbox Porsche Macan made its debut in last years Case H as a rare chase release and strangely hasn't been seen again until now. Finally making a proper standard debut in a rather gorgeous metallic Burnt Orange colour and definitely a good stablemate to their new generation Cayenne casting.
Very generous with front and rear tampo detailing which encompasses not just lights and badging but also front bumper inserts too.
Part of 2024 Case M, the last assortment of the year, unexpectedly found in a Spanish Drim toy store.
