I spent some time at Pool #2 today!

The library hosted a swim party for all kids 6-18 who had read over 30 books in the Texas Reading Club. There was fun in the Friendswood pool, plus grilled hot dogs by the Boy Scouts and popsicles for everyone!

It's funny how when you notice something (as I did with the feather attached to the blade of grass) you start noticing that same thing elsewhere. This strawberry anemone seemed to go nicely with the feather

There was a pool at the place we stayed at, which we used every day. This is one of my favourite captures of today. Some of the looks on their faces as they were catching and throwing the ball were priceless!
