100% crop. Almost missed it on the large image

Got a call from my friend at 8:30 this morning to say that this young buck was in the car park of the local service station on the approach road to Honiton. it is rare to see Red Deer in and around this area and much rarer to be able to get so close. A real Sunday treat.

With a clear and mild evening forecast we thought it rude not to take 3238 out for some night photography and the first opportunity was in the well light car park of the Grasshopper Pub at Moorhouse between Oxted and Westerham. Saturday 26th September 2015.
