🇪🇸 Hoy os subo otra fotografía del reciente viaje a Estados Unidos 🇺🇸.
🇬🇧 It was the first sunrise of two that we spent in White Pocket (Utah). At first it was quite cloudy but suddenly many colors began to come out, the case that I was in a low point of the area with high walls and I could hardly get those colors with my camera, plus I could not find interesting points of interest to them. So I made a 180 degree turn and decided to fly the drone without planning anything, to gain altitude and see what I could get and finally I made this great 360 degree panoramic.
Crazy Tuesday theme Childhood memories. My mother's I of a school vacation was to send me to her sister in Chicago. She gave me this pocket set to keep me busy on my trip. Bus up and train down. These days my chess game is on my tablet.
This little nooked alley just behind my home, which pockets sunshine as day falls to night, gives me the warm fuzzies. I'll sell you the warm fuzzies for 10¢ each, but you have to provide some sort of container for me to put 'em in.
I quite highly recommend viewing this large and on black, but the link won't work for some reason. Ah well. Happy weekend!
I was amazed at the flowing, almost chaotic, rock at White Pocket, accentuated by the low morning light.

With all the rain we've been getting lately, our group going out to White Pocket tomorrow is in for a real treat! The roads are going to be extremely muddy but it's worth it for conditions like this.

Well worth the drive through sand and rocks!
This is in the "Arizona Strip", a large section of Arizona north of the Colorado River (Grand Canyon) only accessible by crossing the Navajo Bridge north of Flagstaff or going through Nevada and/or Utah.
In typical fashion, a northbound BNSF coal empty led by ES44AC No. 5904 enters a pocket of sunshine as the train climbs the final portion of the grade up to the Palmer Divide at Palmer Lake, Colorado on May 17, 2017.

Pacific City to Newport. 50 miles with one grueling painful climb due to a missed turn. But a wonderful sunny day otherwise.
Cool invicta 17 jewel modern pocket watch that I received a couple of years back from my brother. While there are no markings on the movement other than the Invicta name, I believe this to be a Miyota movement.
Here is the bird that goes into the pocket on the Tip-In page. His wings fold up so he fits in the pocket neatly. He's done on cardstock with acrylics and prismacolor pencils .
The Old Shipwreck at Corpach Fort William, My first visit here and it was mid afternoon as the tide was out on a dull and overcast day pockets of lights burst through on to the green carpet of the Mountains beyond.......
I just got back from a week in the southwest which included 2 days and 2 nights in the "White Pocket" area of Paria Canyon / Vermillion Cliffs wilderness area, before heading to Coyote Buttes South for a night... This was the second time I visited this amazing, remote place for an extended period of time and although the light was often flat and not very cooperative for us during our stay, it was an amazing experience to be there nonetheless...
One thing unique to this trip was the pools of water left over from rain and snow this year. A seldom-seen phenomena which won't last much longer this spring, as the water is evaporating quickly...
This was taken during our first sunset at the White Pockets, which ended up being the best light we had the whole trip...
Will post more soon...
Thanks for looking.

I’ve been wanting some of these notebooks for a while. These are extra special since they’re made in the USA using eco-friendly materials and methods. They have pretty awesome designs, as well. Those things combined with the delight I find in a fresh notebook made these irresistible!
Notebooks from Decomposition, bandana from United by Blue.
Annick definitely was feeling like "Pocket" today and had fun playing dress up! Still no hair treatment, but more gentle brushing and lots of body and wave!
Julie, thank you so much for making this lovely Creation...it's perfection of Pocket.

A small pocket of light illuminates stopped westbound coal empties. The empties paused briefly to pick up locomotives from the local elevator, and the conductor is busy putting the train back together.
