Finally got the forest grass looking how I want it for the most part. This is at imingrasssize=50 which will be the 'screenarchery' setting. Lumen ENB used in this round.
The grass mod is finally finished. Ideal setting is imingrasssize=70 for a sweet spot between density and performance, but go as low as 50 for better coverage or as high as 100 for more performance.

Taipei is a city of street hawkers. If you are hungry you can just walk out into the street and buy anything to satisfy your taste buds. The food there were amazingly cheap and yummy!
This shot is taken at Hwa Xi night market. Single RAW shot tonemapped in photomatix. Removed noise, and dramatized the image with Topaz Adjust plugin.

Finally had a chance to do some interior HDR images of the vacation home in Phuket, Thailand where I'm staying. This is a shot of the dinning room area during sunrise. The ocean and mountain view from inside the house is just as amazing as the outside.

Another long exposure image from my recent trip to WSM. Not sure about this one yet. I know there is a shot here, just not sure this is it. The time had run out on the ticket on the car; the wife was reminding me regularly (very regularly in fact...... with a certain forceful tone) we needed to get back to the car......... :-)
Will return another time when I have more time and no wife...... :-)

Sometimes I wonder what folks think when they see me shooting something like this. To the locals this scene is their ordinary everyday life in Thailand. But to the rest of the world a photograph like this, as simple as it is, is fascinating. It makes me wonder what some foreigners see when they travel through my neighborhood.
Image was shot as a panorama with a total of 22 photos stitched together in Photoshop. Since it's an HDR photo I took 3 exposures of each image, for a whopping 66 exposures. All that for one image. Why can't I just keep it simple :o
Software Used for Processing Photo:
Photomatix - Used for creating high dynamic range.
Topaz Adjust - Photoshop plugin used to enhance details.
Topaz DeNoise - Photoshop plugin used to eliminate noise.
Topaz Clean - Photoshop plugin used to smooth pixels.

It's been over 3 months since I last used Photomatix, and I couldn't be happier. I've been using the Lightroom 32-bit HDR plugin from HDR soft. It still gives the benefit of increasing the tonal range of the image, but the result is much cleaner and makes my workflow a lot faster and easier.
A few days ago I saw HDR soft released a beta version of Photomatix 5.0. I haven't got around to downloading it yet, but I think I'll give it a try and see how it works and what's changed. In the meantime, I'm still really enjoying the 32-bit Lightroom plug-in.

The Mercedes-AMG Project One is a plug-in hybrid sports car that will be delivered from 2019. 275 in total will be built.

On a side note, I've always used Morning Star and never First Seed, but I think this preset is now my new favourite.

This was taken last spring at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm near Woodburn Oregon.. I used the Topaz Labs Impression plugin with the Georgia O'Keeffe Style preset... It didn't say on the tag but it looks like it might be a parrot tulip..
EDIT: It is a Fringed Tulip ...
