Plugin Hybrid ready to go
You do not pick up your car from the showroom floor anymore. You go upstairs - and there is a whole process that takes 2 hours. Then they drive you down the ramp and park it outside for you to take away.
Just got the Silver EFEX plugin for Lightroom. It seems quite good and certainly removes some of the work required to get similar 'filmic' looks in Lightroom. This photo cried out for the black and white treatment, so it was naturally one of the first I thought of when deciding which photo to be my maiden edit in the software. I may have overdone it!

Finally got the forest grass looking how I want it for the most part. This is at imingrasssize=50 which will be the 'screenarchery' setting. Lumen ENB used in this round.
The grass mod is finally finished. Ideal setting is imingrasssize=70 for a sweet spot between density and performance, but go as low as 50 for better coverage or as high as 100 for more performance.

This is a modification I've done to the amazing Unique Grasses plugin by Tamu75. I love that plugin but I've always wanted a grass mod with better FPS, and as beautiful as Tamu's version of grass is, I felt it was lacking in just adding basic grasses to the mix, so I've incorporated unbelievable grass into this plugin, as well as some SFO plants, especially in the marsh region. I've also used the very simple GoS tweak of adding tons of grasses into the game: these pictures are shot with imingrasssize=60, and this isn't even all the grasses I've incorporated, since I realized I only had 8 textures when there are 15. More to come soon.

Kasper Nauwelaerts, developer of the Safari Tidy plugin, has been developing a Microformats plugin for Safari. I emailed him last year on the off chance that he might fancy having a go! Cheeky, but it worked!
This is currently alpha, but works really well, and vcards and events were added really easily. Hopefully a beta will be out soon!

I'm writing up a review of Alien Skin's Exposure 4 plugin for Lightroom, so this is a photo generated using one of the factory presets. I shot this in Montreal a couple weeks ago during a massive student protest over tuition hikes (click to see the photos from that day on my blog). This girl was a fine arts student, and she was shooting a Konica Autoreflex SLR (which interestingly shoots in both full and half frame modes).
