163/365 DS448 - Power plugs are ubiquitous. Can you make a creative photo of such a common thing?
Here is my power plug - I REALLY want you to ride the Songo River Queen II located on Long Lake in Naples, Maine. This stern paddle wheel boat was built by my stepfather and christened on Memorial Day weekend 1982 (the original Songo River Queen was built in the 1960s but was burned to the water level Columbus Day weekend of 1981). This is a great way to spend an hour or two seeing the sights of the Sebago Lakes Region and riding through the hand operated swing bridge and hand operated Songo River locks. Your voyage begins on Long Lake, then into Brandy Pond and then takes a winding trip on the Songo River through the locks and then return. It is a great ride on a real stern paddle wheel boat.
That is the end of my power plug.
The weather is not sweet today, so I stayed indoors and played with the 100mm Macro today. These are just a few of the 12 or so pairs of 0 gauge plugs I use to decorate my ears.

The drain plugs were polished up ensuring the mating surfaces were clean and flat. The copper washers were also cleaned of paint and last of the grime. Both plus were fitted to the bottom of the tank with thread sealer and tightened down fully.

This spark plug came out of a Ford Ranger with 170K miles on it. I'm pretty sure these are the orginal plugs.

An electrical plug at Turkey Hill Farm in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Unity College student Ryan Green interned here with Cultivating Community, a community food organization in Portland, Maine. Ryan's major is sustainable agriculture.

There are hundreds of fusible plugs on the outside of the Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe steam locomotive No. 5030 resting in Salvador Perez Park.
This engine has a larger thread for the spark plug than most modern engines, so I had to buy one that size. I got an NGK AP5FS, which is shown next to a Champion CJ8, which is used in most lawnmower and trimmer engines
