Three Arctic Fox kits play in the long summer sun of the North Slope of Alaska. This particular den had thirteen kits that would play, nap, play and play all day long. Now that winter is here, they are not seen often, darkness and the fact that they spread out as they get older to find their own hunting grounds, make it harder to see and photograph them. I love the long days of summer in the Arctic and Sub Arctic regions.

Right next to the Kaliganj docks kids have claimed an area to play football. Others played cricket which seems to be the national sport in Bangladesh.

Bella loved this bag & had great fun playing. Don't worry about the cord handles - I was close beside her the whole time to make sure she didn't get tangled. I usually cut handles off bags before giving them to a cat, but left them on just for the photo session. Happy Caturday!
I caught this sandhill crane tossing what appears to be remnants of a corn stalk. He looks like he's having a grand ol' time!

This is the house where I lived with my family from around the age of 14.
This house had more space than the one that I was born in not far from here and my brother and I were over the moon to have our own bedrooms and not to have to share anymore.
My bikes have become bigger and louder since then and I haven't really grown up at all and have no intention of doing so.
Only moments before this, Turteltaub fought the length of string with wild ferocity. But... she lost interest suddenly, and took a nap shortly afterward.
A while back, I met this cute tuxedo kitten named Simone. Her idea of “playtime” involved scaling curtains and biting shoelaces, but her relentless energy made her impossible to stay mad at.
Just a little playtime with an otherwise boring pic. I also have a black and white version that I like, but that's for another time.

Little Saturday afternoon playtime (woke up too late for my usual Saturday morning playtime) while sucking a cup of raktajino.
All of my abstracts start off as a straight photograph, then, through the use of special effects, morph into something really cool.
This photo I took of Chanory Point at Fortrose in the Highlands.. Moray Firth is well known for the seals and dolphin who usually time their appearance as the Salmon do their run up to their spawning grounds... Here you can see the dolphin playing with its catch before devouring it..
I can't believe it... but my little adorable goslings are back this year. In fact there are two families roaming the parc!
I was so sad/mad that my city had destroyed the baby gosling eggs last year. Almost 4-5 nests worth of babies.
To once again control the population of these beautiful birds.
But this year... Two families beat the odds and survived the city's "death brigade" invasion.
I'm so happy to see them doing well.
Naturally I captured a lot of these little angels at play!! :-)
