Francorma: ‘I've always imagined sports as a sort of galaxy of disciplines through which I could travel like an explorer in space. From football to basketball, each discipline is like a planet with its own characteristics, historical legends, movements and moments of authentic action.
For this mural, I wanted to represent this meeting of different universes by the intertwining of two sportsmen in action in the middle of a universe of floating balls.’

An event where future chess players gather. I saw it on my way to work on a holiday, but if I had time, I would like to watch it slowly.
I don't play shogi recently.
I ran into a lineup of JPS F1 cars early Saturday morning in the tunnel under the main straight. The storm the night before had blown away the tent where several of these cars were stored, so to keep them dry they had been rolled into the pedestrian tunnel. At 7:15am, I had a perfect grunge studio setting to shoot these old beauties from various angles. Thanks to recently upgraded LED ceiling lights, I could do this with a handheld camera and no flash.
This is the former Elio de Angelis Lotus 91 from 1982, driven by Gregory Thornton, who would go on and win the Sunday race with this car.

A Japanese song by yours truly "三線の花 "
Vocalstyle Home Minstrel Series player piano "song roll" with singing instructions. "Shows you how to sing correctly." This is number 6 in the series, apparently from 1924, but I don't see any titles on it, and I don't want to unroll it and damage it further. It appears to be a collection of minstrel show songs.
Instructions include:
Solo Note Stars: Follow the STARS; they mark the melody.
Guide Line/Voice Line: As the voice line curves away from the guide line SING LOUDER. As it curves near the guide line SING SOFTER.
Breath Marks: Take a full breath at large mark. A catch or quick breath at small mark.
Follow the words and expression marks and sing as they pass over the openings of the note bar.
This guy stood between the passing families chilling, while playing some wonderful stuff on his saxophone.

I've been desperate to find an outlet for my Animal Crossing cravings until New Horizons' release, I think this fit the bill.
Originally based it on the New Horizons houses, but since Nougat is a much rarer color I ended up using a more classic color scheme. Kind of a hodge podge of different game styles really.
