Head Chef Tara (Yuji Ramen has two Head Chefs who create everything together) did an outstanding job at every stage of our meal - cooking, plating, presentation and service.
Yuji Ramen at the Whole Foods Bowery is operating as a test kitchen for Yuji-san's upcoming restaurant Okonomi in Williamsburg/Brooklyn. Although the brick and mortar place is scheduled to open in the fall of 2013, the food is impressive already.

The nickel and chrome electroplating company is actually located at 2020 N. Holly Ave., accessible from a driveway into the Best Buy parking lot off of W. Armitage Avenue. It also does small-lot production plating on various metals.
The cab floor plating brings the dodge floor level and covers all the unused holes the standard floor. The new plating was installed with pool welds and seam weld. It is all solid and should serve us well.

I was very impressed by the Atera crew - the restaurant employs 30 people to serve two groups of guests per night, 14 seats at a time.
