Three years ago, I went to see a cosmetic surgeon, and I told them I am a man of 30 years old and with my physique I have no success, nor with women. And he said to me : "with such a bone conformation I can't do anything ... unless. Are you giving me carte blanche ?"

I told him Ok !

Since everything smiles at me !

Both The Vent & TOTW chose "Summertime" as their theme this week, consipracy? Probably.

You may be asking yourself, whyyyy does this deserve to be in either of those groups? How does this represent summertime at all?!

Let me explain... I am from this small, hot, city: Lake Havasu, Arizona. That is 3 hours from Phoenix, Arizona, 2 hours from Las Vegas, Nevada, and 6 hours from San Diego, California. It is also home to the London Bridge. We are known for our beautiful Lake that runs between AZ & CA. You following me? Okay...

Well, this is also a HUGEEE party city during Spring Break and the summertime to college kids around the south western part of the US. So it brings in a lot of Bro's and Bro-Ho's. The Bro's drive around in HUGE lifted trucks, pulling their daddy's boat, drinking shitty beer, with tribal tattoos all over their body, and "SO-CAL" stickers covering their trucks. The Bro-Ho's are what the Bro's bring with them in case they can't find a local (underage) girl to romp. The Bro-Ho's are more plastic than a Barbie doll, with their tits on their chin and take away botox needles in their purse. Bonus: both the Bro's and the Ho's are orange from tanning so much.

They make me sick.

I don't need to pay someone money to cut into my body, adding things, lifting things, or changing things. I love who I am and what I look like, and if I don't like I will fix it... the right way*. Fuck this society who is so damn obsessed with they way people look. Fuck that, I say.

*The right way = diet & exercise & tattoos... When all else fails, just get tattooed!

"Plastic Surgery" staring me, my favorite bot-hacking knife, and a very upset Optimus Prime.

This is also my first shot for 52 weeks. See, Jams? I toldya I'd do it too!

Has reached #19 in explore so far. Thanks for all the comments and favs.

Eyes, nose, cheeks and lips,

Changing at an horrendous pace.

I can only hope and pray,

That they change their mind.

As if they look in themselves,

True beauty they will find!

Don't change for the world,

We love you as you are.

We all have our faults,

You dont want that scar.

Plastic surgery... it can be extremely helpful after any form of accident, diseases, congenital defects, but is it really necessary to let the society push you under the scalpel just for the sake of fabricated idol of beauty? Young girls are now force fed by media, society and sadly also by their friends and sometimes even family with this unrealistic and shifted image of how women should look like. Magazines are full of photoshoped models. Nobody looks like that, not even the models themselves. Lots of women suffer from body image issues and almost every woman carries this constant voice in her head telling her "you should lose a few pounds..."

And then there is aging... women are not allowed to be old, man over 50 with gray hair and wrinkles is considered representative and even sexy, what do you call a 50 year old woman with wrinkles and gray hair...

We all do it, we all sometimes say ugly things and we all are very self righteous when it comes to talk about this big issue. Maybe we should just start with ourselves.

After assessment of the damage caused by the numerous earthquakes in Christchurch, New Zealand they decided to demolish the QEII stadium and it's swimming pool.

there are great moments like these days with him.

take the material to paint and run without hesitation, nothing stops you; run without thinking about the next route, shoot colors and colors. blends increase your adrenaline. When you feel peace, you must stop.

I think I have the name for you. he

Inspired by the Nip/Tuck ads they've been running lately. Now I've got that darn Chris Issac song stuck in my head. Stitches are photoshop brushes and then I added a layer and painted on some bruises.

I am gradually sorting through stuff in our house in readiness to downsize. And in one room is a pile of toys left by my granddaughter who hasn’t quite moved everything out of our house yet and into their own home. Amongst the pile was a box containing about 20 dolls: Barbies, Cindys and others. As a ‘boy’ I had never really looked at them before (apart from their nakedness) but seeing one in the top of the box, suddenly my attention was drawn to her mouth. Was I imagining it or did she have slightly puffy……….pouty lips? Yes that one with pink hair, they did look extra full, as if she had had lip filler. And that made me think, why is it that so many celebrities want to draw attention to the threat of plastic in the oceans but are happy to fill their own bodies with breast implants, lip fillers, and BOTOX? They are polluting their own bodies with plastics and chemicals!

I know what joy those Barbies have brought to little girls (and some bigger ones too) but the shapes and proportions of these dolls are just for make-believe play. Just look at those spindly arms! I wouldn’t want a real-life Barbie doll, but looking at Instagram that’s what so many girls seem to think is desirable and what men (and other women) want.

But I’m quite sure men want something to hold on to: a curvy, warm body with mountains and hills : a voluptuous woman! And a brilliant brain and a great sense of humour have got to be worth far more than any Barbie body. For whilst there might be distractions elsewhere down in the jungle and swamps, lively eyes, a shapely nose and sensuous mouth are the stars in the heavens. Surely beauty is only skin deep and what lies beneath…….the mystery in a woman is magic! Plastic dolls are one thing. But plastic women? No thanks!

Throw the TV out the window & burn the magazines… you are already beautiful.

Reps from CSX, ATT attempting to find a resolution to the "Poltergeist Gates" that have been malfunctioning for close to a decade. There are numerous oil spills visible along these tracks as far as the eye can see. There have been many auto accidents/fatalities on/near this corner. There is one unregistered "American Towers" cell mast to the left of these trucks and at least 4 within a one-mile area. This is typical for Jefferson County, Kentucky. Drunk driving, cancer, auto fatalities and suicide rates are skewered yet still rank among the highest in the Nation. Air, water and environmental quality due to lack of local and State Government enforcement is atrocious - this County is still dumping raw sewage into streams, rivers and brooks. There is no oversight or enforcement to local industries or quarries nor is there enforcement of laws in place to protect the environment or The People from further destruction to air and water pollution other than to place a lighted sign over freeways stating "air quality warning". Quarry roadways are not watered down as required, roadways are not swept, maintained, repaired or cleaned, no dust or erosion control measures are practiced, trucks are not correctly tarped or not tarped at all and the public's best interests are not being protected. Yet the medical profession is making a killing. And all they'll say is, "Welcome to the Ohio Valley".

I will say the response, communication and investigation from the above agencies was swift and thorough after receiving a call from a concerned resident - kudos to them!
