kale fruit smoothie :) おはようございます。直です^^。ケールを使ってスムージーを作ってみました^^。

 

【 ケールとフルーツのスムージー 】

 

|材料| 4人分

 

みかん 2個

りんご 1個

バナナ 1本

ケール 1枚~

水 1/2cup

 

|作り方|

 

1. みかんは皮をむき房に分ける。りんごは芯を除いてざく切りに。

2. バナナは室温で数日追熟させる。皮をむき果肉をちぎりわける。

3. ケールはよくすすぎ、親指と人差し指を使って茎と葉をちぎりわける。

4. 材料すべてをミキサーに入れ、なめらかになるまで撹拌する。

 

ケールは硬めの葉野菜なので、最初は少量から様子をみて調整してみていただけるといいかと思います。チアシードなどのスーパーフードを加えても。いつもありがとうございます^^。

a lot of work but worth it: pecan + wild rice stuffing, tofurkey sausage and browned potato puff pastry cups, avocado herb dressing (in place of a creamy texture like sour cream), shredded brussel sprouts in a pomegranate dressing, mushrooms and braised greens topped w cashew cream, curry spiked gravy, mashed potatoes creamed with cashew cream and cranberry chutney. it was nice because my friend brought curried roast for the meat eaters and everyone was happy. accessibility is awesome.

Green leaf, cukes, tomato, mushrooms, asparagus and sprouts in a simple dressing:

 

1 cup vegenaise

1/4 small onion

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons EVOO

1 tablespoon raw sugar

1 tsp thyme

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Blenderize and refrigerate overnight.

Use within 7 days.

 

My first JUST EGG (www.ju.st) plant-based sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! Sautéed red onion, red bell pepper, marinated mushrooms, and spinach in a skillet with extra virgin olive oil. Poured JUST EGG over the tender vegetables and cooked over medium heat. Added seasonings, green onion, and Daiya Cutting Board Cheddar shreds. Flipped when firm enough and very lightly browned. Served on cracked wheat sourdough lightly spread with Vegenaise.
