Different take on the sunset. Zoomed in a bit from the first one. Couldn't set up a tripod, was standing in very soft mud at the edge of the pond here. Hope you like this one. You can let me know which one you like if you want..
A capture from last fall as I was driving up North to visit the folks. It was a great scenic drive with the foliage at its peak. This is the landscape shot from this spot. One of 2 set.
"We dance for laughter,
we dance for tears,
we dance for madness,
we dance for fears,
we dance for hopes,
we dance for screams,
we are the dancers,
we create the dreams."
That is the 'original' quote, that goes for the flowers I photographed here, Alstroemeria... sadly, it did not mention who's words they were.
It reminds me of ZORBA, By Nikos Kazantzakis, one of my favourite literary works, talk about overlapping expression!!!
Because it was so fitting to my own emotions, I made it into this now:
"I photograph for laughter,
I photograph for tears,
I photograph for madness,
I photograph for fears,
I photograph for hopes,
I photograph for screams,
I am the photographer,
I create the dreams..."

These two were fighting or getting ready for love when we came upon them.
Looked like a big ball of fur making loud noises . When they spied us they quit whatever it was they were doing, stared for a moment , and were off .
We drove home from Forster today and it was such a beautiful, sunny day. We called in at Karuah, NSW and it was lovely sitting by the water watching this pelican lazily floating around the wharves. I am about to have dinner and will catch up properly later.
