Archimedes is in the House! Everyone will be glad to know that 2.75 < π < 4. Taking the average of our two bounds, we have a middle guess of 3.375, which is only a 7.4% error.

Capturing pi in photos

In Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Douglas Adams reckoned all shops (in the 1980s London) were turning into shoe shops. In Vienna, all shops seem to be turning in underwear shops.

I wanted to try to take one of those photos where it looks like my project goes on forever and ever. I'm not sure it worked...

Sarah's girl, Pi, is here for eyelids. She wanted to see what she would look like with dark hair and I had this Nos Pop scalp to try on her....

One more from the Physics building set...this one is right outside the front and is supposed to represent the pi orbital that you hear about in chemistry.

These are the photos I took underwater. My favorite shots are of the lion fish, the sea fans and the frog fish. I am still working on my underwater photo taking skills, as you can see- I have a long way to go! Hope you enjoy the shots.
