My husband had to cut Sonic's umbilical cord and tend to him when he was born. Mama Hammy is still a kitten herself and was overwhelmed by giving birth to two kittens in rapid succession.
Shy Ben is slowly coming out of his shell. When we rescued him a year ago he didn't know what to do with a ball. He had never put a paw in a house. Every day he gets a little cheekier.
