Love this pattern! Thank you Jenny! Made this in a size small but I think I'll go up a size for next time as it's a little tight in the bust and underarms. I was right on the edge of the measurements for the small so should have known. Inspired by the other red plaid Tova shirts I've been seeing :)

Do you know what this is?

This scan includes my stocking pattern and the pattern that Fritz provided on the ED forum (for comparison). Fritz's pattern was meant for one way stretch fabric and I've only made mine with fabric that has stretch in both directions.

My pattern is very roughly based on the stockings that came with Alice. Both Alice and those stockings were made by Marina Bychkova.

This pattern is on 1/4 inch graph paper. I'm sorry the ruler's a bit hard to read. It was the only one I could find in my house that had both metric and inches on it.

My pattern is free to use for any non-commercial purpose. Fitz's pattern is not mine, so you'll need to ask for permission to use it for anything non-trivial.

If you make stockings from my pattern please send me a picture! :)

A pattern that caught my eye!

Pattern from Butterick company, there's no date, but the styles look like the '70's. Pattern is labeled for size 14, a 36 inch bust. UNCUT.

These are some shower curtain hooks I recently replaced because one got broken. Also, I haven't used my 50mm lens at its wide open aperture setting in a while, so I wanted to remind myself of what it could do.

Inspired by this shot, but not as well executed.

I just love this little swing coat and she is carrying a puppy!

This is a piece of work from my A-Level Coursework. I had to design promotional work for a Delicatessen called Luciano's.

I received some beautiful yarn for Christmas. It asked of me something different, this yarn.

You see, I have crocheted afghans and scarves and hats and thread projects for my extended family for over twenty years...but I always use simple yarn or thread and combine it with intricate patterns or I buy a little fancier yarn for the simple hats I make...

...but this yarn is different. It is woven so beautifully, combining bits of different colors...calling upon me to use a simple pattern so that I didn't detract from the coolness woven into the yarn. So, I came up with this purse or bag or whatever one might call it... made to perfectly fit my purse or bag or whatever one might call it needs.

I like it.

beetje anders. Ik heb de lens ingezoomd terwijl ik de foto nam om dit effect te bekomen.
